VEEVEO Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your VEEVEO purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items
Items that are used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping

Order changes and cancellations
