VEEVEO Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders to eligible delivery addresses through our available shipping carriers. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout when available.

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, holiday volume, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. VEEVEO is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact VEEVEO customer support through our website with your order number and photos if applicable.
